Description

POSITION GOAL: Supervising a store team to accomplish company KPIs, such as generating revenue, managing expenses, reducing risks and stock loss, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining world-class store standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Concentrate on customer service, top-notch store standards, store image maintenance, inventory management, and marketing implementation to increase sales.

Following security precautions, stock and cash handling protocols, and maintaining a healthy store culture are all ways to reduce stock losses.

By maximizing efficiencies in the store, keep expenses in line with the company's low-cost ethos.

Make certain that all administrative responsibilities in the shop adhere to company policy.

In charge of team training, coaching, and performance, as well as leading a vibrant group of Dynamos.

Standards - uphold fundamental standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.

Prerequisites

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

12th grade

Proficient in English.

A degree or diploma in a business or retail-related subject would be beneficial as relevant tertiary education.

Ideally, one to two years of retail experience in a leadership capacity.

Proficient with computers (Microsoft and/or Google G Suite - this would be an asset).

NECESSARY ATTRIBUTES:

In order to provide a world-class customer experience, a love for retail is necessary.

Show that you have integrity and are prepared to go above and beyond.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent management abilities, including the ability to plan, lead, organize, and regulate.

In a high-pressure, high-speed setting, one may be able to function well under pressure.

Available to work retail hours.
