Overview

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To manage a retail team in order to accomplish business KPIs, such as increasing sales, controlling expenses, reducing risks and stock losses, managing operations, and maintaining the highest retail standards in the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Concentrating on customer service, maintaining a world-class store environment, handling inventory, and executing marketing campaigns can all help boost sales.

Following security precautions, stock and cash handling procedures, and maintaining a positive store culture all help to reduce stock loss.

Control expenses by driving efficiency in the shop in accordance with the company's low-cost philosophy.

Make sure that all administrative tasks in the store are carried out in accordance with the business procedures.

Taking charge of team training, coaching, and performance while managing a vibrant group of Dynamos.

Standards - uphold basic housekeeping, safety, and health requirements

Prerequisites

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

Senior year

English language proficiency.

A degree or certificate in a business or retail-related subject is an asset in this sector of higher education.

Ideally, one to two years of experience in a leadership position in a retail setting.

Proficiency in computers (Microsoft and/or Google G Suite) would be beneficial.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

In order to provide a world-class customer experience, you must have a passion for retail.
