Description

POSITION'S OBJECTIVE: To manage a store team in order to achieve business KPIs such as sales growth, cost management, risk reduction and stock loss, administration, and adherence to world-class store standards.

DUTIES:

Concentrate on customer service and maintaining the shop's image, inventory management, and promotional execution in accordance with world-class retail standards to boost sales.

Maintaining a healthy store environment and adhering to security precautions, stock and cash management practices minimizes stock losses.

By maximizing efficiency in the store, you may keep costs in line with the company's low-cost culture.

Make certain that the store's administrative tasks are carried out in accordance with the company's regulations.

Taking charge of the team's training, coaching, and performance while leading a vibrant group of Dynamos.

Standards - keep up with basic cleanliness, health, and safety requirements

Demands

QUALIFICATIONS:

Twelfth Grade

Well-versed in the language.

Relevant tertiary education: a degree or diploma in a business- or retail-related subject would be beneficial.

Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in a leadership position in a retail setting.

Knowledgeable about computers (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite - will be an advantage).

NECESSARY QUALITIES:

A love for retail is necessary in order to provide a top-notch customer experience.

Show that you are committed to integrity and prepared to go above and beyond.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Exceptional managerial skills include the capacity for planning, leading, organizing, and regulating.

In a busy workplace, the capacity to perform well under stress.
