Job Description
The Position's Goal
Talk to the customer to find out what they want.
Offer the appropriate goods and services based on the client's needs, taking into account factors such as quality, convenience, and cost. Describe the functionality of the products and the services that are offered to the customer.
Provide top-notch sales support to guarantee a high degree of client pleasure.
Major Responsibility
Use the proper sales procedure to foster customer connections and accomplish sales goals.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding sales service.
Interact with clients to learn about their requirements and provide advice as they make their selection.
Through goods and services, provide the right answers.
Recognize potential new business opportunities by being aware of market trends
follow up on potential customers
On the items that customers prefer, coordinate with the Department Manager and merchants.
Maintain exceptional store conditions, including layout, cleanliness, prices, product availability, and visual merchandising standards.
Engage in the department's commercial action plan
Before, during, and after the purchase, assist a customer with the entire project.
Recommend a unique approach that includes goods and various services (delivery, installation, etc.).
Self-governing
Keep the store well stocked to help with the sales process.
Job Prerequisites
Conditions
equivalent to grade 12 or NQF 4
Proven experience as a sales consultant (with a hardware advantage)
a desire to serve
A cheerful, supportive, self-assured, and interesting demeanor
ability to solve problems
Understanding of how prices are determined
Outstanding client service
English fluency
Inquisitive and proactive
management of relationships
Hardworking and sets a good example
Having the capacity to manage a client portfolio at every stage of the sales cycle (before, during, and after)
The capacity to make sales through a variety of channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
