The position's goal
With the LLS Warehouse supply chain teams, you will be responsible for managing, animating, and enhancing current Receiving/Picking/Inventory/Dispatch operations under the supervision of the Department Manager/Admin Supervisor.
You will become obsessed with stock accuracy and stock related to the Receiving/Picking/Dispatch procedures. By establishing and fostering a culture of performance through robust procedures across the whole LLS, your job is to assist the operations. The most important factor in succeeding in this job will be having strong relationships with other department managers and heads of department.
Key duties
Maintain, monitor, and enhance daily stock management practices (permanent inventory, out of stock)
Help each department increase the availability of their stock.
Identifying the appropriate conditions to assure a consistent supply for the spontaneous business
Participate in the growth of group performance.
Share information and encourage team interaction.
Introduce enhancements, efficiency measures
Increase your knowledge and talents by learning new ones.
When the HOD is not accessible, take the helm on their behalf.
Engage in teamwork to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of the LLS.
Making certain that the best personnel is on hand to offer outstanding customer support to all clients.

Prerequisites
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills, experience, and characteristics:
