primary duties
Help the business succeed by providing outstanding customer service.
Serve as a host or hostess to clients who come to the establishment.
Offer information about the company's products and services via a variety of media.
Address client concerns
Offer clients advice on the many procedures involved in the organization
Make certain that clients are happy.
Administer the cash desk and provide support for orders, exchanges, and refunds.
Manage the company's loyalty program
Handle returned products and interact with the appropriate departments.
Offer cash back on returned items.
Keep track of every transaction.
Keep customer complaints to a minimum
Make sure that customer service is quick and dependable.
Make sure that till rules and procedures are followed.
Make sure that every internal control process is followed.
A superior level of delivery across the store's many services, including the loyalty card, welcome center, and more.
Maintain an excellent relationship with our clients
To reduce consumer wait times, make sure the department operates efficiently.
Make certain that every process improves the caliber of customer service.
