DEPOT CLERK

A position as a Depot Clerk/Depot Administrator is available at our Kathu location. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a high degree of integrity and ethics and who consistently adheres to the principles of PathCare.

Essential Competency Requirements

completion of the Grade 12 (Matric) curriculum

Finished and successfully passed the depot administrator test

Literate in computers

a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute

Pathology knowledge and experience are beneficial.

Experience in frontline/client service

Highly client-focused with meticulous attention to detail

capacity to solve problems

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the capacity to listen

The capacity to function well in high-stress situations, both alone and in a group.

Flexibility

a flexible work schedule and a good attitude

Must have a satisfactory track record or performance history in the technical and behavioral skills necessary to succeed in this role

Primary Duties

Providing frontline reception services

Data collection and verification of patients

managing payments for accounts

queries about accounts

Banking
