Essential Skill Requirements
High school diploma (Matric)
Computer literacy: complete fluency with Microsoft Office and Meditech, notably with the Test Database and Account Modules, is beneficial.
Need administrative and customer service expertise
At least two years' worth of experience in the field of pathology is required.

In addition to having strong interpersonal and communication skills, one must also be able to listen.
The capacity to function well both alone and in a team, especially under duress.
A flexible working style and a positive outlook

Must have a strong command of English and a knowledge of Afrikaans.
If necessary, be willing to work on shifts, weekends, and national holidays.
The candidate must have a satisfactory track record/performance record in the technical and behavioral skills necessary for this role.
Main Duties
Offer a comprehensive service to essential supporting physicians at the hospital
Foster and sustain relationships with customers and supporters
Help with patient result questions, report processing, and ward rounds to find/identify issues with the PathCare service
By meeting the required criteria and outputs, make sure customers are happy.
Help with login requests
