Description

The goal of the post is to oversee a retail team in order to achieve business KPIs such as increasing sales, controlling costs, lowering risks and inventory losses, managing operations, and maintaining world-class retail standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Concentrate on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, managing inventory, and carrying out promotions in order to boost sales.

Maintaining a healthy store culture and adhering to security procedures, stock and cash handling methods, help reduce inventory loss.

By increasing productivity in the store, manage expenses in line with the company's low-cost culture.

Make sure that the store's administrative tasks are carried out in accordance with corporate policies.

Supervising a vibrant group of Dynamos, which includes being in charge of the team's training, coaching, and performance.

Standards - uphold common standards for housekeeping, health, and safety

Prerequisites

QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade 12

English proficiency.

A business/retail-related degree/diploma would be beneficial as it is relevant tertiary education.

Preferably, a leadership position in a retail setting with 1-2 years of experience.

Computer Literate (Google GSuite and/or Microsoft; will be an advantage).

NECESSARY QUALITIES:

To provide a world-class customer experience, one must be enthusiastic about retail.

Show integrity and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Great interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities

Excellent management abilities, including the capacity to plan, guide, arrange, and manage.

In a fast-paced atmosphere, the capacity to perform effectively under stress.

Prepared to work retail hours.
