To oversee and administer the daily operations of a store, we need a Store Manager who is disciplined, energetic, and capable of leading and managing the team in order to achieve and surpass the store's overall goals, targets, and customer service benchmarks.

Inventory Control:
Make sure the stock is correctly received and unpacked so that the sales floor can be replenished and merchandised.
To lessen risks (stock loss) and make sure there is enough stock on hand, monitor and manage stock levels using established procedures (stock counts, stock takes, stock loss action plans, etc.).
Maintain the stockroom's upkeep in accordance with housekeeping regulations.
Give approval for write-offs, breaks, returns, and recalls.
Profitability and Sales Growth:
Examine sales and profitability data in the store to work with management on necessary operational action plans, improve sales performance, and keep track of store expenses.
Review and stay current on how well products are performing in stores in order to provide feedback and improve sales at the support center.
Find and suggest innovative methods for raising brand recognition and boosting sales. This could involve competitor shopping, in-store marketing, participating in/partnering with local events, and, if applicable, driving new accounts/memberships based on goals.
Management of risk:
To guarantee and enforce complete adherence to rules and procedures, perform compliance checks using specific procedures (such as administrative checks, shop audits, visual audits, COMO (Continuous Monitoring) reports, POS reports, health and safety standards, weekly hanger counts, security, etc.).
Management of the Customer Experience
To fulfill customer service requirements, make sure that customer experience procedures are implemented and maintained through the execution of business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, customer experience plans, visual standards, customer feedback, general housekeeping, and other actions.
Development and Leadership:
In accordance with firm principles, lead and guide the team inside a store to accomplish operational goals and store KPIs.
With an emphasis on talent management and succession planning, determine and lead training, coaching, and development needs.
Recruit, oversee, and manage performance in accordance with business policies and procedures.
Qualifications
What kind of experience are we looking for?
Grade: 12 or its equivalent
Three years' experience in a store management position.
Management of sales and services.
Being computer proficient.
communication abilities.
Retail sales.
Knowing the brand, the customer, and the product.
