You are an Investment Service Consultant in Retail Client Services with the following responsibilities:
As an Investment Service Consultant, your job is to actively contribute to the firm's push for service excellence by interacting with our clients in an intelligent and thorough manner through our various service channels. Your interactions will cover a wide range of topics, including (but not limited to) product, process, transaction, tax and legislative ramifications, our investment philosophy, industry trends, and the performance of our unit trust funds. You'll be a member of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional customer service, establishing long-term connections with clients and independent financial advisors, and enabling clients to make educated investment choices.
The role of an Operations Consultant in Retail Operations is to:
Our Retail Operations teams handle client transactions and offer administrative help for the company's retail investment business. Our Operations Consultants are in charge of making sure that every incoming instruction is processed and responded to within a set regulatory and time constraint. Maintaining a high standard of service excellence, operation consultants communicate with clients and advisors to provide updates on transactions and to follow up on any outstanding requests.
