Environment: Graduate Trainee

The position of Graduate Trainee (FTC) is open to applications from candidates with the necessary qualifications. The position is for a period of six months: reporting on the environment to the Environmental Manager. The roles will be located in Delmas, Mpumalanga.

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Environmental graduate in training in support to the Environmental Manager is responsible for the coordination, administration, and coaching needed to manage the ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management system effectively in order to ensure adherence to environmental legislative requirements, alignment with ISO14001:2015 certification standards, and drive improvements at the McCain Foods facilities in Delmas in relation to the management system.

This entails making sure that operations, activities, and procedures adhere to the Environmental Management System, policies, and plans.

DUTIES:

Managing the rules, practices, laws, and regulations of ISO14001:2015 for Delmas.

Environmental compliance ISO14001:2015 had no significant audit results for internal audits and external audits (Environmental legal compliance audits, WUL audits, ISO14001:2015 EMS audits, department of water and sanitation audits and Global Environmental compliance audits).

Training in environmental awareness

Management of environmental risks

assessing and monitoring environmental performance

Environmental Management: National Diploma/Degree
