Responsibilities and Necessary Skills
DUTIES
Create and oversee important client accounts throughout Africa
Provide strategic recruiting solutions in response to actual business needs.
To interact with the greatest individuals, use LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other avenues.
Establish trustworthy connections with candidates and clients across international borders.
Arrange interviews, manage procedures, and assist with effective placements
(Extra points if you have prior experience with) EOR or PEO recruiting models.
Communicate effectively across time zones, cultures, and functions
