We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Counter Salesman to join the team at ACDC Dynamics. This position is located at our retail location in Fourways and is essential to our ability to give our customers great service and assistance.

Main Duties:

Welcome consumers with a smile and help them choose items that suit their needs.

Use your extensive product knowledge to educate clients and increase sales prospects.

Take consumer requests with precision and efficiency.

Keep a close eye on orders to avoid delays and make sure customers are happy.

Keep the counter space neat, tidy, and appealing.

Make certain that every customer is happy with both their purchases and their overall experience at the shop.

Respond quickly to customer inquiries, provide quotations, and address any concerns.

Handle every client with politeness, respect, and professionalism.

Maintain current specials and marketing brochures on the trade counter.

To meet operational needs, carry out other duties as directed by management.

Effectively handle back orders, keep consumers updated, and guarantee on-time delivery.

Give consumers precise updates on product information and stock availability.

Continuously check and follow up on quotations sent to clients.

Experience and skills

2–4 years of experience

Proficient in the use of computers
