The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support Sales. Sales operations manager is responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the organizations they support. Partner with Sales leaders to provide best in class insights and recommendations to improve the sales performance
Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitate Weekly Trading Calls and Pipeline Integrity for industry Verticals & LoB
Collaborate with the Industry/Sub-industry Verticals to reduce stagnancy/ dormant accounts to de-risk revenue from large accounts
Analyse business trends to identify opportunities and accelerate pipeline creation and grow the industries in line with set mandate
Monitor and report performance metrics on campaigns.
Establish Business Rhythm
Sales Executive Stakeholder management
Subscribers: Connections, Churn, Retentions, Sales: ACV and TCV
Manage account allocation from the account base in respect of “unmanned” accounts to ensure sell opportunities are identified and targets set.
Work with Industry Sales leaders to ensure the design, alignment, execution, and monitoring of Industry by Sub-industry, Regional and Segment
Monitoring and evaluation of performance against Commercial Action
Strategic project and transformation support
Identify key deal that can contribute to quarterly closure and facilitate closure plan meetings and deep dives
Monitor Commits by Quarter
The ideal candidate for role will have:
Technical / professional qualifications:
Matric essential
A relevant 3 year Bachelor degree (NQF level 6) or any other equivalent Tertiary qualification – essential
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience – essential
Working experience in the telecoms environment
Experience with Sales Systems and CRMs
