Duties and Responsibilities
To guarantee adherence to the Company & Statutory standards for hygiene and cleanliness in all activities conducted.
To guarantee that the quality criteria for food, health and safety, operating procedures, and customer care are all satisfied.
helps with meal preparation, particularly with desserts and salads.
Put salads, desserts, entrees, and other dishes on the serving line.
Maintains a clean and well-stocked serving line.
Might aid in the training of new staff.
Food leftovers are recorded and stored in stores.
Maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, canteen tables, and other spaces.
To guarantee that consumer expectations are satisfied within the terms of the agreement.
To guarantee the highest possible level of client care in the area of responsibility.
When appropriate, to make sure that inventory in the specified area of responsibility is counted and signed over to the appropriate personnel on the next shift.
To fulfill any fair demand made by management.
