Overview of the Job

The aim of the organized 18-month Packaging Technical Trainee program is to introduce graduates to the firm's culture and ideals as well as to provide them with technical skills and experience. The program's intensity should guarantee that a graduate may be assigned a specific area of responsibility right away.

Major duties and results:

The Technical Traineeship is primarily a self-study, practical program where the Trainee is expected to thoroughly understand the theory, principles, and operation of Packaging equipment throughout the Packaging Hall.

Participation in package projects that are consistent with the program criteria and the brewery's goals.

Use the principles of VPO

Troubleshooting and identifying systemic and environmental issues

Involvement in Packaging team structures, such as serving as a leader in a specific position within Packaging

Sharing learnings and solutions throughout different levels of the company

Minimum conditions:

A BSC, BTech, or similar degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering

2 years' worth of expertise in packing
