Job Description

We are looking for someone to join the Acornhoek Life office who has strong experience in leading sales teams. You will be accountable for managing the sales representatives' driving performance and making sure that company goals are achieved.

You will be responsible for:

timely and effectively recruit top-notch representatives

Make certain that appointed representatives receive sufficient training

Make the most of the group of insurance salespeople.

Make sure the set insurance sales targets are met.

Make sure that FAIS/FICA/LTIA and all other applicable laws are followed.

Job Needs

12th grade

An acceptable industry entrance qualification that meets the requirements of the Financial Services Board

For registration as Fit and Proper persons, abide by the FAIS Act.

Candidates who began their careers in the following manner:

30 credits on NQF 4 obtained by December 31, 2009 are needed for the years 2004–2007.

A full FAIS-recognized certification earned by December 31, 2013, or 30 or 60 credits on NQF 4, gained by December 31, 2011, is required from 2008 to 2009.

A comprehensive FAIS recognized qualification is mandatory for all industry appointments made since 2010.
