An Introduction to the VKB Group

Job Description

The perfect team player will be in charge of claims administration and underwriting for Agri-, Commercial-, and Personal Short Term insurance.

Needs

short-term insurance NQF level 4 or higher certificate for grade 12, short-term insurance NQF level 5

Examination for Representatives' Regulatory Compliance (RE5)

Prior insurance industry experience will be considered a recommendation.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Before the end of the month, make sure all instructions are executed and authorized.

When instructed, update and keep an eye on the pertinent data that has been acquired.

Make certain that every renewal is handled accurately and on time.

Create the report in collaboration with the appropriate parties (brokers, insurers, coworkers, and managers).

The administrative function's overall management on CIMS

Resolving consumer issues and complaints in accordance with FAIS laws

Finish Product Specific Training successfully

Make sure you earn enough CPD points each year.
