Description of the Job
The vacancy for an HR Officer within the Corporate Services department at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga, is available at TWK Agri.
Synopsis of Job
This position is responsible for managing the whole recruitment lifecycle, including creating job descriptions, posting open jobs, screening and interviewing applicants, doing reference and background checks, and accurately managing HRIS data and records.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain job descriptions for both existing and future jobs.
With a keen eye for detail, promote job openings across internal and external channels.
Make lists of candidates by reviewing their CVs.
Help with arranging interviews, posting project information on Wamly, performing interviews, and giving candidates feedback.
Do MIE background verifications and job reference checks
Keep meticulous interview documentation for HR clearance packages.
Enter new hire data into the SAGE 300 People system accurately and on time.
In SAGE 300 People, you can manage system updates, such as position connecting and reporting structures.
Assist with continuous job profiling and upgrades to the HR system
Carry out common HR administrative responsibilities
Skills and Qualifications
Grade 12 / Matric
Certificate/degree in Human Resources or a related field (advantageous)
Experience in a relevant field (advantageous)
excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proactive and enthusiastic about learning
Exceptional organizational abilities and great attention to detail
the ability to work well in a team setting
skilled in the Microsoft Office suite
Code 08 for driver's license (advantageous)
