Duties
Purpose of the Role The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for reconciling accounts, verifying, and processing supplier invoices, as well as making payments.
• Handle all AP transactions in the system, including vendor invoices, special vendor requests, credit notes, rejected invoices, one-time vendors, AP document reversals, alternate payee requests, and more.
• Compare invoices, GRNs, and POs for payment processing using 2- and 3-way matching.
• Process GR/IR reports to find variances in accruals and notify the appropriate parties.
• resolving discrepancies in purchase orders, contracts, invoices, or payments (price and quantity, etc.); reconciling vendor accounts by comparing invoices to orders made and delivery notes received; verifying and debiting or crediting notes issued; monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and making vendor payments; and monitoring discount opportunities.
• Disseminate payment list across many nations
• Create the bank instruction form for international transactions
• Keep in touch with the SAP CoE to verify the correctness of vendor master data
• Notify suppliers of rejected invoices, along with the justifications, and get confirmation that the notice was received (only for RSA)
• Use the query handling system and phone calls to respond to and address questions raised by vendors.
• Adhere to AP rules and procedures

When necessary, overtime
Skills and Experience
• Matriculation with accounting as a topic
• Diploma or certificate that is relevant
• 2–4 years' experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Manufacturing Industry (advantageous)
• A strong understanding of computer skills, including the MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Word.
• familiarity with SAP ECC6
• VIM (beneficial)
