My client is offering an opportunity for an exciting APPRENTICE TRAINING PROGRAMME, through

SAGMA - South African Grain Milling Academy, at one (1)of our mills in South Africa

                                              Vereeniging Mill       

Reporting to:                          Manager: Production / Head Miller

 

Job Specific Requirements:

Education:                                   Grade 12 - Mathematics (NOT LITERACY)  and physics.Overall 60% aggregate 

Working conditions:                     Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Purpose of the work:

Total hypothetical courses through SAGMA while performing viable work in a processing environment.
Work in assigned ranges as per SAGMA modules to pick up viable encounter which is able help in understanding the hypothetical work.
Learn all key competencies of each division for a full understanding of the processing supply chain.
Beneath the direction of the Generation Chief / Head Mill operator the candidate must, after the duration of the preparing course, be able to function a process at planned capacity, with ideal extractions and deliver wrapped up items which are fit for human utilization and inside item determination whereas keeping up the Company standard in any assignment s/he performs.
The Production Supervisor / Head Mill operator will be the key staff to help the candidate to interface the hypothesis with the commonsense for distant better; a much better; a higher; a stronger; an improved">a much better understanding.

Program Term:

This apprenticeship will be a 3-year program and in-service preparing encounter.
After effectively completing the exchange test, the candidate will be respected a qualified Wheat Mill operator

Job Destinations:

Pass each SAGMA module at the pass rate endorsed by management.
Have great information of the pertinent office /range within the processing supply chain after the completion of each module.
Be able to function and perform key errands in each division / region after the completion of each module.
Perform any other errands required by the Generation Supervisor / Head Mill operator
