Requirements

Grade 12 is required as a minimum.

2 years of experience in the relevant field.

A person cannot be an insolvent with no hope of recovery.

Provide great service that goes above and beyond what the customer expects by using timely, suitable, and inventive solutions.

All client inquiries should be promptly and effectively resolved.

To drive and hit pertinent product and service goals, maintain expert knowledge on particular items, pricing, application procedures, processing, and schedules.

Make sure all communications with clients are courteous and professional.

Make that client investigation timelines are met, and the consultant consistently communicates with the client.
