We are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant (on a 1-year internship, with growth potential) to join our team. The main function of the position is to coordinate all communication and administration between the Sales team and all its stakeholders. We are looking for a well-organised, energetic candidate with excellent communication skills. This is an entry-level, EE equity opportunity.
Purpose of the Role
Responsible to coordinate communications and administration between the Sales team and all its stakeholders.
The criteria for successful candidates are as follows:
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist customers with queries such as but not limited to delivery updates, coordinating the placing of order, logging maintenance calls and quotations.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are assisted with required documentation such as but limited to daily tackers, reports and business development reports.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email.
Knowledge / Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree or a diploma (commerce field preferred).
- Moderate knowledge on Excel.
- 0 work experience required
